1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shubham Gupta, operating as Outfii from Goa, India ("Operator," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Outfii mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Outfii is an AI-powered wardrobe management and styling application that helps users:

• Organize and catalog their clothing items digitally
• Receive AI-generated outfit suggestions and styling advice
• Analyze wardrobe composition and get personalized recommendations
• Create and save outfits for different occasions
• Optionally use their own AI API keys (BYOK feature)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You may only have one active account
• You may not use another person's account without permission

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

"User Content" means any photos, images, text, and other materials you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service, including wardrobe photos and outfit information.

4.2 License Grant

By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

4.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonates another person or entity

4.4 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership over your wardrobe photos or personal styling data.

5. AI Services and BYOK

5.1 AI-Powered Features

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze clothing items and provide styling recommendations. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional fashion advice.

5.2 Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

If you use the BYOK feature with your own API keys:

• Your API keys are stored securely on your device only—we never transmit or store them on our servers
• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys from your chosen providers
• You must comply with the terms of service of your respective AI providers
• API usage charges from third-party providers are your responsibility
• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party AI services
• If you lose access to your device, you will need to re-enter your API keys

5.3 AI Limitations

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Fashion and styling advice is subjective and AI recommendations should be viewed as suggestions, not professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Free and Paid Features

The Service offers both free and premium features. Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policies of the app store through which you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service
• Use the Service in a manner that violates these Terms

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outfii and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or contacting us.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal proceedings. You may contact us at hello@outfii.in to attempt informal resolution.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights freely.
• Notices: We may provide notices through the Service, email, or other means.
