This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling subscriptions and managing your billing with Outfii. By purchasing any subscription or service from Outfii, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Subscription Plans
Outfii offers the following types of subscriptions and services:
- Free Plan: Wardrobe management features, always free
- BYOK+ (Bring Your Own Key): Free tier with all AI features using your own API key
- Basic / Pro / Unlimited: Credit-based plans with managed AI, billed monthly or annually via Razorpay
- One-time Credit Packs: Additional AI credits purchased individually via Razorpay
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- In-App: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Web Portal: Manage your subscription at outfii.in/dashboard
- Email: Contact us at hello@outfii.in with your registered email
3.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- Your wardrobe data, outfits, and history will be preserved
- Any unused AI credits will expire when the billing period ends
3.3 Cancellation Timeline
We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time. Cancellations made after the renewal date will take effect in the following billing cycle.
4. No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any purchases, including:
- Partial or remaining billing periods after cancellation
- Unused AI credits or subscription time
- One-time credit pack purchases
- Plan downgrades
If you wish to stop being charged, please cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
5. Payment Processing
All payments for subscriptions and credit packs are processed through Razorpay. Payment information is handled directly by Razorpay and we never store your full payment details.
6. BYOK+ (Bring Your Own Key) Users
For users utilizing the BYOK feature with their own API keys:
- The BYOK+ tier is free to use—there are no Outfii charges
- Any API usage charges from third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) are billed directly by those providers
- We are not responsible for third-party API charges
- Contact your respective AI provider for any billing issues with your API usage
7. Account Deletion
If you choose to delete your Outfii account:
- Active subscriptions should be cancelled first to avoid future charges
- Account deletion does not automatically cancel active subscriptions
- No refunds are provided for remaining subscription time after account deletion
- All your data, including wardrobe items and outfit history, will be permanently deleted
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy when changes are made.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
